Well, where does the time go? We are now into our third month without band, and we are missing each other and all of you!
We have been keeping busy though. Some of us have been playing tunes in our neighbourhoods for the Thursday evening “Clap for Carers”, as well as commemorating and honouring VE Day with the Last Post. Others have embarked on their own creative individual and collaborative musical projects using modern technology.
We had our second Zoom “get together” a couple of nights ago, which was fun, and we managed it this time with only a few technical hitches! We will be meeting up regularly in this way for the foreseeable future until we can get back to the band room. Stay safe everyone!
